I had to move to move relatively quickly for multiple reasons including moving to get closer to my job. She was immediately responsive, we saw several apartments, she contacted the landlord, and I was in my new apartment within a few weeks. After I moved in, there were several things missed during my look around, like the washer worked, but not the dryer (couldn't assess this during the walk around), and she and I both contacted the landlord and got the replacement in promptly. To sum up it, she was always responded when I emailed, texted or called her, she was able to quickly set up a walk-through, she was quickly able to hash out the application and then the contract, and I was able to move promptly. Once moved, she also continued to help with several minor issues. I would use her again for future real estate needs.
